*****Patch 5.0.0*****

===General===
- The old change log has been deleted.
- Potions have been removed from the game.
- Junk items have been removed from the game and replaced with Gold drops.
- Two new item slots, Leggings and Boots, have been added.
- The combat system has been completely revamped. Players can now evade, miss, crit, etc.
- Items now provide Critical Strike, Evasion, Armor Penetration, and Spell Haste ratings. These ratings provide bonuses to their respective stats based on your level.
- A new level, Level 5, a quest to kill the opposing team's faction leader has been added. The game will not end until you have killed this leader and win an arena match with him dead.
- Arena matches now give the winning team gold.
- Abilities are now granted at level 7, 14, and 21 instead of 5, 10, and 15. The level cap of 21 is unchanged.
- Characters now have a high level of customability with the new Traits system, which will allow the player several options to advance his character.
- Archers can no longer attack enemies at melee range. They can still use abilities at any range.
- Casters no longer deal damage with attacks. All of their power lies in their spells.
- Players now deal considerably less damage against one another, allowing Arena matches to last longer.

*****Patch 5.3.0*****

===General===
- Two new classes from the demonic race, Tyvul have been added to the game. Unlike other spellcasters, the Tyvul use Aether rather than Piety (new resource system). Both new classes are complete with new Trait Trees, Abilities, and Items tailored specifically for them.
- The Tyvul Shaman (Elieon) is a new DPS-only caster with three unique specializations focusing on one of three elements (earth, frost, lightning).
- The Tyvul Chemist (Zantar) is a new healer/melee DPS class.
- As Zantar now has two healers to pick from, the Keeper of Undeath has been revised to be much less powerful a healer, and should now be on par with Lightbringer healers. In exchange, Keepers of Undeath now have offensive damaging spells much like Lightbringer's.
- The single target taunts (Protector's Strike and Dvine Authority) no longer impede spellcasting when used on enemy players.
- The single target interrupts (Mageslayer Strike, Skull Crack, Palm Strike) are now nearly instant, allowing them to interrupt spellcasting more easily.
- Incubus duration reduced to 12 seconds (from 15). Mana cost reduced to 20 (from 30) to compensate.

===General===
- Psychic Power now deals 17/35/52/70 damage (up from 15/30/45/60).

*****Patch 5.1.6*****

===General===
- Level 3 monsters have had their damage increased.
- Vayus now has a damaging spell named Shadow Strike.
- Level 4 has been expanded.
- Level 5 now features Elieonian and Zantarian priests, with their own formidable spells.
- Gold Drops now occur from monsters 10% of the time, up from 5%.
- Arenas now provides 750 gold for each arena that has passed instead of increasing exponentially. This change was made to keep one team from a run-away victory.

===Abilities===
- All melee abilities have had their damage increased.
- Many archer abilities have had their damage increased, by a lesser amount.
- Blessing of Freedom and Shadow Shroud have been replaced with new abilities. New traits have been implemented for these abilities.
- Rage reduced from 50% movement speed to 25%.

===Traits===
- Dexterity now provides 3% Evasion per rank, up from 1.5%.
- Quick Recovery now provides +30% healing received in addition to its old effects.
- Holy Power now provides 4% crit per rank, up from 3%.
- Warbringer now increases the effect of Rage.

*****Patch 5.2.1*****

===General===
- The random item system has been implemented. For more information, see the section titled "Random Item Drops" on the left side of the quest log.
- When you drop an item in a dungeon level, it is returned to your Loot Stash for later use.
- Casting spells will now aggro all adjacent non-player enemies. This does not apply to Templars. Enemies which are under the effects of a single-target taunt will not aggro.

===Abilities===
- Divine Intervention and Stabalize Soul cooldowns reduced to 15 seconds (down from 20).
- Blessing of Elieon and Shadow Shroud cooldowns reduced to 25 seconds (down from 30).
- Shadow Mending and Affliction durations reduced to 15 seconds (down from 20).
- Soul Leech now heals the caster for 50% of the damage done (down from 100%).
- Sacrifice now restores the caster to full piety (instead of +60), but health cost has been doubled.
- Demonic Infusion now has a 25% increased Critical chance.
- The duration of Skull Crack, Palm Strike, Mageslayer Strike, Horrifying Visage and Mind Melt have all been increased to 4 seconds against enemy players (up from 3).

*****Patch 5.3.3 Continued*****

===Traits===
- Surgeon's Concentration reduced to 10% mana regen per rank (down from 25%). Damage reduction increased to 2.5% per rank (up from 1.5%).
- Question their Faith now has a 10% chance per rank to drain 10 mana (up from 5% per rank) and has been reflected to also drain Aether.
- Beat Down and Add Injury to Insult are now normalized to cause x0.5 damage per rank.
- Vile Injection and Punishmet are now normalized to cause x0.75 damage per rank.
- Invoke Lightning now reduces the damage loss per bounce by 7.5% per rank (down from 10%).
- Heat Shielding now reduces Physical damage taken by 6% per rank (instead of 3.75% all damage).
- Combat Experience now provides 1.5% evasion per rank (up from 1%).
- Overpower now provides 2.5% critical chance for Precision Strike per rank (down from 5%).

===Bugs===
- Malignant Transfusion no longer triggers a Harbinger's Sacrifice spell.
- Savage Headdress was not providing rating bonuses and did not count as headgear. This has been fixed.

*****Patch 5.3.3*****

===General===
- The underdog gold bonus for a losing team in arena has been reduced to 50% of the winner's gold, down from 100%. However, the underdog team no longer needs to be lower level than the winning team.
- Zantar and Elieon have had their damage buffed considerably and now have an elite entourage.
- Elieonian priests in level 5 have had the cooldown of their Heal spell reduced to 3 seconds (down from 5), but mana cost doubled.

===Abilities===
- The radius of Atrocity and Conflagration spells has been increased by 20%.
- Aether cost of Frost Shock reduced to 20 (down from 30).
- Chain Lightning's cooldown has been reduced to 15 seconds (down from 20).
- Chain Lightning's damage loss per bounce has been reduced to 35% (down from 50%).
- Stoneflesh's duration has been increased to 12 seconds (up from 10).
- Sniper and Harbinger pets now have 30% armor penetration (down from 50%).

===Traits===
- Fel Synergy now increases Critical Strike chance by 12.5% per rank for 10 seconds, instead of 20% per rank for next attack only.
- Zantar's Reckoning now reduces the health cost of Sacrifice, instead of providing additional mana from that spell.
- Slaughter increased from 7% to 7.5% chance per rank.
- Obliteration now increases pet critical damage by 10% per rank (up from 5%)
- Bringer of Dawn now reduces chance to be crit by 2.5% per rank (up from 2%).
- Symbiosis now also increases your damage done by 1% per rank while your pet is alive.
- Impale now increases Barbed Arrow's damage by 10% per rank (down from 15%).

- Unstoppable and Last Stand have swapped places in the Phalanx trait tree.
- Rematerialize now takes effect when Planar Shift ends.

- You will no longer be able to summon pets while waiting to be resurrected.

===General===
- Incentive and Adrenaline generation has been increased by roughly 150%. The net result should be much more damage from classes that use these mana systems.
- Pyrofiends have had their damage increased.
- The Ancient Jailkeeper has had his damage and health pool increased.
- The Zombie Rooms in Level 2 now have gold in it.

===Abilities===
- Divine Authority and Crusader Strike have had their cooldowns reduced to 5 seconds, down from 10.
- Base Archer attack abilities have been reduced from x2.5 damage to x2.25.
- Taste for Blood now deals x2.25 attack damage, up from x2.
- Rage now provides +25% attack speed, down from +50%.
- Sacrifice has had its cooldown increased from 3 seconds to 5.
- All other abilities with 3 second cooldowns have been reduced to 1.5 sec.
- Abilities with a 60 second cooldown have been reduced to 45 sec (except Dark Ritual and Summon Fire Elemental).

- Mob respawn timers in levels 1 and 2 have been doubled.
- Putrid Corpses now drop 900 gold correctly, not potions. Putrid Corpses also should now correctly deal damage.
- The Banker now sells updated items.

===Traits===
- Sword and Board now increases crit chance by 12.5% per rank, up from 10%.
- Riot Control now increases crit chance by 50%, up from 30%.
- Divine Authority and Protector's Strike have had their damage upped to x2.5. - Divine Authority's cooldown raised from 5 seconds to 10 seconds.

===Bug Fixes===
- The Zantarian Assassin now correctly deals damage with Envenom.
- Players 2 and 6 now can correctly spend traits.
- The Traits1 (replace 1 with player number) command now works, allowing you to spend traits for players who leave.

You start the game with 2 abilities, one of which is determined by your specific path. At levels 7, 14, and 21 you will gain more abilities determined by your path.

Blue numbers in ability text scale with your stats! These numbers are always ones that directly deal damage or heal and are increased by 6% for each point of Mind. Incidently, each point of precision will increase your base damage by 6%, and each point of Sufferance increases your base health by 6%. Item stats are determined in the exact same way as your base attributes.

All spells with a cast time are "held" if they fail. Failing can occur if your target moves out of range or dies before the cast goes off. Spells that are held are treated as instant cast, but this effect expires after 1 second. If your target dies before the cast lands, quickly cast it on another target!

*****Patch 5.1.7*****

===Bug Fixes===
- Fixed a bug which caused Pyrofiends to do much more damage than intended. Maidens of Lust will now do damage properly as well.

- Fixed a bug which caused Zantarian Sniper's pets to do no damage.

===Traits===
- Vindication now also increases Crusader Strike damage by 2% per rank.
- Mind Blast increases Shadow Blast damage by 3% per rank (up from 2%)
- Umbral Focus now increases chance to hit by 2.5% per rank (up from 2%). This will put it in line with similar traits of other classes.
- Death's Embrace now also increases damage done by 1% per rank.
- Daunting Attacks now has a 15% chance per rank to taunt the target but no longer works in PvP.

*****Patch 5.1.5 Continued*****

===Traits===
- Several Trait tooltips have been clarified or reworded.
- Many traits have been rebalanced, replaced, moved or otherwise modified.
- All three tank specs have had their tier one 3/3 trait modified to also provide bonus damage from Evasion Rating. Previous bonuses from these traits are unchanged. This change was specifically made to increase tank damage at higher gear levels and encourage tanks to use the gear designed for them.

===Bug Fixes===
- Fixed a glitch that caused attacks to sometimes not register in a laggy game (especially in arenas). The end result should be significantly increased damage for Physical classes.
- Many abilities had incorrect cooldowns. Their tooltips should now be accurate.

All monsters slain have a 6% chance of dropping an item of Uncommon quality. Uncommon items have an item level equal to the stage's level plus one (IE: Uncommon drops in level 2 are item level 3). All monsters have a 1% chance (and bosses have a 100% chance) to drop a Rare item. Rare items have an item level equal to the stage's level plus two (IE: Rare drops in level 2 are item level 4).

When an item is dropped, a random player in your group is assigned the item, which is specifically tailored for that player's class and path choice.

Note that unlike store-bought items, drop items have no level requirement to wield.

Every 10 minutes an arena match commences. Whoever wins the arena gains 750 gold for each arena that has been played (1500 for the second, 2250 for the third, etc). If the teams are uneven, the match will randomly sit out members of the larger team to make the arena match even.

Arenas hold the key to winning the game. After defeating your enemy's faction leader in level 5, the next arena match you win will cause you to win the game!

An exceptionally long match (5 minutes in length) will be ended as a draw, not granting either team gold. You will be given a two minute warning.

*****Patch 5.3.2*****

===General===
- Arenas now restore Chemists and Shamans to full mana.
- The losing team in arena will now gain gold if they have less combined boss kills/arena wins and are lower level.
- The Word of Power trait has been updated to reflect its true effect (1% haste per rank).

===Balance Changes===
- Rejuvenating Elixir now restores 50% mana (down from 65%)
- Painkilling Elixir now reduces damage taken by 40% (up from 30%).
- Elixir of Concentration now provides 40% spell haste (up from 30%).

*****Patch 5.2.2*****

===Bug Fixes===
- Several rare drop items were of the incorrect level. This has been fixed.
- Reduced or eliminated the in-game lag caused by a specific trigger.

===Traits===
- Obliteration and Fel Synergy have swapped places, as Fel Synergy was not useful to Harbingers at the level they could previously obtain it. Both traits have changed slightly.
